Over the last two years Pure Potential has worked alongside more than 100 educational leaders providing a blend of bespoke immersive programmes and 1:1 coaching to explore the source of lasting change in their inner and outer worlds.
We’ve seen an appetite for our programmes from leaders experiencing a sense of overwhelm, increased responsibility and stress from the demands of their roles, as well as those who are curious about what might be possible for their educational settings and community. This has prompted us to open up our first public Pure Potential Flagship Programme more widely across the education landscape.
A departure from more traditional CPD, this programme is capped at up to 12 participants to create a trusted space for a hybrid experience of in-person and online group workshops, supported by 1:1 coaching. Pointing back to the inner workings of the mind, the nature of the human design and the often invisible filters through which we perceive daily life, this experiential development process:
– Supports cultural and behavioural transformation in your educational setting and community
– Creates greater ease in stakeholder relationship dynamics, prompting clear and impactful communication
– Enhances personal and team wellbeing, via a natural ripple effect
– Allows greater access to creativity and innovation to support educational performance
We have been inspired by what educational leaders have told us at the end of their journeys about ‘what a difference it has made for them’ and how ‘more people need access to this’.
The Flagship Programme for Educational Leaders will take place from late March to mid-July with a carefully crafted blend of group workshops in person in Derbyshire and online as well as 1:1 coaching. The programme also provides access to valuable resources from global experts and support from your skilled ‘expedition guides’.
